Please read these Affiliate Program terms and conditions carefully. If you join the Program, it means you agree to these rules. If you don’t agree with them, then don’t register for the Program.
1. Introduction
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your participation in our affiliate program (“Program”) and use of our web pages located at https://indystack.com and *.indystack.com subdomains operated by TechMill Ltd. (“TechMill”, “Indystack”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and establish the terms and conditions of the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these terms.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound of them.
If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use our Program. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to use our Program.
2. Self-referrals are not allowed
You are not permitted to sign up for Indystack services through your own affiliate link. If we detect any self-referrals, your account will be permanently banned and any commission earned will be forfeited.
3. Abuse or attempting to mislead
We do not tolerate attempts to abuse our affiliate system. Any attempt to mislead, manipulate or defraud us or potential customers will result in your account being permanently banned. This includes posting fake discounts to coupon-sharing websites or engaging in any other activity that violates our policies.
4. No search engine ads, Facebook ads, or other ads that compete with our own marketing
You are not allowed to run any search engine ads (especially on branded terms or domain names), Facebook ads, or other ads that would compete with our own marketing and potentially cause confusion for customers. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we detect any such activity.
5. No pretending to be acting on behalf of us (i.e. as an employee)
You are not allowed to impersonate us or pretend to be acting on our behalf. This includes posing as an employee or representative of our company.
6. Payment terms
- Grand Prix Affiliate Program
- Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a lifetime commission of 18% on qualifying revenues generated through their referral links.
- Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid out monthly, on the 15th of each month or the next business day if 15th is holiday or falls under the weekend.
- Payment Methods: Payments will be made via PayPal or Wise, based on the affiliate’s preference.
- Minimum Payout Threshold: A minimum threshold of $50 must be reached before a payout is processed.
- Sprint Referral Program
- Commission Structure: Affiliates will receive a fixed one-time fee of $40 for each valid referral.
- Payment Schedule: Payments are paid out monthly, on the 15th of each month or the next business day if 15th is holiday or falls under the weekend.
- Referral Validation: Each referral is validated during the 60-day validation period to ensure the referred sales meet all necessary criteria.
- Payment Methods: Payments will be made via PayPal or Wise, based on the affiliate’s preference.
- Minimum Payout Threshold: A minimum threshold of $80 must be reached before a payout is processed.
In both programs, affiliates are responsible for any fees that may be incurred from their chosen payment method. All payouts are subject to the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program, including any return or cancellation policies that may affect the final commission amount. TechMill Ltd. reserves the right to modify these payment terms with prior notice to all participating affiliates.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use TechMill Ltd.’s trademarks, logos, and other branding materials (“Branding Materials”) provided by TechMill Ltd. solely for the purpose of promoting our services within the scope of the Affiliate Program.
Affiliates must ensure that their use of Branding Materials adheres to the guidelines provided by TechMill Ltd., maintaining the integrity and reputation of our brand.
The use of Branding Materials in a manner that is misleading, defamatory, illegal, or damaging to TechMill Ltd.’s brand and reputation is strictly forbidden.
All Branding Materials, including trademarks and logos, are and shall remain the exclusive property of TechMill Ltd. The use of Branding Materials by an affiliate does not create any rights of ownership or other interests in the materials for the affiliate.
Affiliates must cease the use of Branding Materials immediately upon request by TechMill Ltd. or upon termination of their affiliation with the Program.
Affiliates must ensure that their use of Branding Materials complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and best industry practices.
8. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Affiliates are required to conduct their activities under the Program in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, laws and regulations pertaining to advertising, data protection, privacy, and electronic communications.
Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in immediate termination from the Program and potential legal liabilities.
9. Limitation Of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TECHMILL LTD. OR ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PROGRAM; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PROGRAM; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PROGRAM; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF TECHMILL LTD. RELATED TO OR ARISING FROM THESE TERMS EXCEED THE TOTAL OF YOUR COMMISSIONS EARNED AND PENDING PAYMENT UNDER THIS PROGRAM.
THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES AS OUTLINED ABOVE ARE ESSENTIAL COMPONENTS OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN TECHMILL LTD. AND YOU.
10. Changes to the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change the Terms of our affiliate program at any time. We will provide notice of any changes to the Terms of Service on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the changes and comply with the updated terms.
By participating in our Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason if you violate these terms.
